These terms apply to the use of tbcore.eu. The site presents TBCORE's products and makes it possible to contact us. Nothing is sold here, and no accounts are created — so the terms are short.

What the site is

Information about what we do, and a way to get in touch. The content is descriptive and is not an offer, an agreement or advice you can act on as it stands. If we are to do something for you, that is agreed separately and in writing.

The contact form

The form may be used for genuine enquiries. It may not be used for mass mailings, marketing or attempts to overload or abuse the service. We limit the number of messages per sender and automatically discard what looks like machines rather than people.

We do not promise a response time. We read what comes in and reply when we can.

Rights to the content

Text, graphics, the logo and the name TBCORE belong to us. You are welcome to quote and link to the site with clear attribution. You may not use our logo or name in a way that makes it look as though we are behind something we are not behind.

Some of our source code is published separately. Where that is the case, the licence that comes with the code applies — not these terms.

Links to others

The site links to our own products at other addresses. We are not responsible for content on sites we do not run ourselves.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site available and the information correct, but we guarantee neither. The site may be down during updates or outages. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, to the extent liability can be excluded under Danish law.

How we handle data is set out in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

Changes and governing law

We may change these terms. The version in force is the one shown here, with the date at the top. Disputes are settled under Danish law by the Danish courts.
